event. South Africa's 2016 Olympic Games' hopefuls, Freedom Chiya and Grant
Goldschmidt head the country's contenders closely followed by Jerome Fredericks
/ Leo Williams; Leslie Naidoo / Kiefer Govender;IvanSolomons / Casey
Augoustides and Clinton Stemmet / Jamaine Naidoo.
The female division will consist of top seeded competitors, Palesa Sekhonyana (Gauteng)/ Randy Williams (Cape Town) ,Judith Augoustides / Kirsten Pocock; Sheena Abrahams / Natasha Strijdom and Anneta Frederikens /Gadija Jappie for the Durban event.
The final leg of the national event will pave the way for the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) Durban Open International Beach Volleyball event which will be hosted by Volleyball South Africa (VSA) and sponsors Geness Consulting in partnership with the eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality. This international event will run from 11 to 15 December 2013 on Durban’s New Beach and is set to attract a star studded line up of the world’s greatest beach volleyball players.
