RAHI Care Selected By Two State Governments for Setting up Nephrology Centers

To Ensure Renal Care In Collaboration With Govt’s of Uttrakhand & Himachal Pradesh

RAHI Care Pvt Ltd has been appointed by The Governments of  Uttarakhand &  Himachal Pradesh to setup dialysis facilities under the PPP model with their respective states.  

The setting up of the Nephro- Dialysis centers is part of the state Governments initiative to provide quality renal care under the Governments PPP model.  As part of this initiative, RAHI Care will be setting up state-de-art 6 machine Hemodialysis units at Mandi & Dharamshala Zonal Hospitals.

RAHI Care has developed and operates 17 machine Nephro-Dialysis unit at Haldwani, Uttarakhand performing in excess of 1300 dialysis per month. The facility was originally conceived as 13 machine facility and was recently upgraded to cater to increasing demand.

As per Ministry of Health, more than 200,000 Indian develop end stage  renal disease annually, of which owing to financial constraints & inadequate facilities only  ~14% undergo ESRD treatment (primarily maintenance dialysis and less than ~5% undergo transplant .
